​Each year, 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness. Many are not knowledgeable or confident enough to offer assistance. While physical first aid is common, mental health first aid is often overlooked. MHFAT equips individuals with the skills to assist those in need, ensuring better mental health support in our community.​
